UwMic9 RX9

The Saramonic UwMic9 RX9 is a portable, dual-channel, camera-mountable UHF wireless receiver that enables you to use two separate wireless transmitters (sold separately) while only requiring you to attach a single ultra-compact receiver to your camera. It’s perfect for use with DSLRs, video cameras or portable audio recorders for capturing interviews, film dialogue, field recording, broadcast TV, news gathering, vlogging, YouTube videos and more. The RX9 features sturdy metal construction and delivers excellent sound quality in a low-cost package. It’s ultra-compact, lightweight, and easy to bring with you on every shoot.

The UwMic9 RX9 is remarkably easy to use. It works right out of the box. You just turn on the power and go. It utilises the UHF (Ultra High Frequency) spectrum, which helps you avoid interference, and its 863-865 MHz range allows a licence free operation. A built-in automatic-scan feature locates the best available channel for you and the infrared synchronization makes the process a snap. The easy-to-read backlit LCD display lets you make quick adjustments to the intuitive menus in the brightest or darkest environments. The RX9 receiver also features a headphone output, enabling real-time audio monitoring if your camera lacks a headphone output.

Locking 1/8” (3.5mm) mini-plug and XLR output cables are both included so you can use the RX9 with DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, cinema cameras, camcorders, professional video cameras, audio recorders and more. The RX9 can also receive line-level audio, such as an output from a mixer. This can be useful at weddings and other events where you need to wirelessly record crystal-clear audio from a soundboard in addition to running a wireless mic.

There are several compatible wireless transmitters available that enable you to use the RX9 to its full potential. The TX9 beltpackbody pack transmitter (sold separately) comes with a professional SR-M1 omnidirectional clip-on lavalier microphone, the TX-XLR9 plug-on transmitter (sold separately) provides +48V of phantom power and can make any kind of XLR microphone wireless, and the HU9 handheld microphone (sold separately) provides a sleek look and professional features. All of these transmitters feature durable metal construction and stellar, broadcast-quality sound. The RX9 works with two transmitters at the same time, so you can mix and match these as you need them.
